My Online Shop

This is completely selfish and gratuitous self promotion. Just because I've always wanted one and it is early days yet but I can't help it...I've added all things I love and I've made my own shop! It's taken me almost all day after bacon and eggs for brunch. So come visit my new all glittery Because Pink and Green Look Good Together shop. I'll be adding shoes soon.

Shoes to whimper and die for

For the shoe obsessed: Christian Louboutin's red heeled wonders are the key to any girl's fab wardrobe. They are so fabulous you could sleep with them.

Revolve Clothing Rocks

So I did some pretend shopping last night. Put a couple of Juicy track pants in my basket along with a Danang top then I entered to win a $200 shopping spree. A message from my worldly L.A. friend then came in from her Iphone (I have big Iphone envy) saying that on Daily Candy there are 30% discounts for first time shoppers. This, I did not find because I suppose it had expired a while ago and because I am the last girl (loser) on earth to discover Revolve Clothing. So I sent Revolve an email asking about 30% and within 10 minutes I got an answer:

Hi there,
This is not a problem. You may place the order and go ahead and email or call us with the order/invoice number and we can take the discount off for you. Please remember that do to the manufacturers request, we are not allowed to use code matching and coupons on the following brands:
Kooba, Seven For All Mankind, Hudson Jeans, Nudie Jeans, True Religion, Joe's Jeans, Citizens of Humanity and Paige Denim and Botkier. I understand that this can be an inconvenience, but unfortunately it is a restriction placed upon us by the manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to doing business with you!

So not only do I get free shipping to Switzerland I can also get 30% off provided I spend over $100.00. NOT A PROBLEM.

Wake Up Bernanke! Cramer Rages!

Right on Cramer! Tell it like it is. No one wants to believe it.

OK so this post doesn't belong on this site but all you shoppers

out there need to know this: 14 million Americans will lose

their houses to foreclosures because of subprime mortgages.

Watch Cramer on Youtube. It's great to see such passion.

Object of Desire

I've had this pair of Juicy Velour track pants in black with a white stripe down the side for about two years and I wear them all the time. The elastic is starting to show through the waist band which is really really sad. So I'm starting to desire something new but what if they aren't as good? I have a pair that I bought on Ebay ages ago and the waist band sucks (the pants just fall off). So I did some quick browsing online and I discovered something sooooo coool. Revolve clothing not only ship internationally they ship for free if your order is over $100. That just bumped them up to my favourite online shop with out my even having ordered anything from them (yet).

Bling Bling Glam Glam

Kirsty Bertarelli

This is the ultimate glamorous achievement: Being the wife of Uber rich Billionaire Ernesto Bertarelli (an achievement in itself) and getting Audemars Piguet (ex-stuffy watchmaker recently come out of stuffydom manufacturing 20000 watches a year for the well heeled) to create "with" you a jewellery collection representing Alinghi winner of the 31st and 32nd America's Cup. The whole set will set you back $100'000. Rumour says that Ernesto bought a set for his mother, wife and sister. What about me?? I'm still striving to get my burger (hint hint nudge nudge). Bravo Kirsty.

Will It Survive and buy me Botox?

So this is fun and games but at the same time I have become a little bit addicted...checking how many people stumble on this site. How many people click on my ads (please click) and why I have strange ads about where to buy jars and trashy ads on how to make a $100'000 with their blog. I can say right now that I make about $1.28 a day with 2 blogs and I spend $7.00 to maybe get some valid traffic. I'm not quitting my day job any time soon. Today I read on problogger that if I work hard and with a bit of luck I can expect my sales to go up 20% a month. So I did a little Excel sheet calculation and in 12 months (provided I don't give up blogging about immensely interesting subjects) I should be earning $320 a month and in two years $2860 a month (still not enough to quit) and in three years I'll be 40 years old and earning a sweet $25500 a month and will be able to afford Botox and expensive holidays in Mauritius. This seems a little unlikely so please contribute to my mouthwatering Boulud Burger trip.

Get your own Google Analytic stats: It's riveting. It is just such a great time wster to figure out how many chicks in Maryland are checking my blog out.
